Story
Hello!
My name is Kamo, and I'm a 5 years old Perro de Presa Canario. This is a story about me and my owner Gaute.
It all started in 1997 when Gaute decided to find a good breeder of Presa Canario. He travelled around the Canary Islands....searching.
And, there he was, - Nestor....my dad! But, the breeder refused to sell him. So Gaute had to wait for Nestor to get a son
like him. And he waited!
Finally, there I was....just like my dad!
I came to Norway i 2000, and one year later I was registrated with the Norwegian Kennel Club, as the first specimen of my breed.
Because my ears are cropped I can't go to dog-shows in Norway, so I travel to Sweden to show off.
I have entered four dog-shows in Sweden. After winning the first three shows I became Swedish Champion, and after winning
the fourth I became Nordic and Swedish Winner 2003. The shows only tell what I already know - that I'm beautiful!
But what's a dog without a good caracter? And even in that point I'm the best, Gaute says.
The first litter of my breed in Norway was my six beautiful children. And now they have given me 18 wonderful grandchildren,
so the breed is on its way up in Norway. And in the spring of 2005 I'm going to make babies again (He..he).
